Meet
Jessica J. Merritt, DDS, MEd, FAGD
Jessica J. Merritt, D.D.S. feels so blessed to be a part of this dental family. She partners with Hubbard Family Dental and has her own LLC. Under the Dental Practice Act Section 12-20-303 C.R.S., she utilizes space within the practice to meet the restorative needs for the practice. She is a graduate of the University of Colorado School of Dental Medicine, earning her Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.), and has since been practicing in Northern Colorado. Dr. Merritt strives to provide the best evidence-based care to every patient, and prides herself in continuing education, taking over 100 hours per year.
Dr. Merritt received her Fellowship Award with the Academy of General Dentistry in 2022, an honor only 6% of dentists have achieved. Dr. Merritt is also a Qualified Dentist with the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine. Having completed extensive training with the Breathe Institute and Tongue-Tied Academy, she enjoys focusing on airway health. Dr. Merritt is a proud member of the American Society for Dental Ethics, the Academy of General Dentistry, the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine. Previous academic accomplishments include graduating from New York University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) in drama and earning her Master of Education (M.Ed.) from the University of LaVerne.
Before she was a dentist, Dr. Merritt was a classroom elementary teacher, and now, when she is not seeing patients, she loves homeschooling her daughter. Dr. Merritt enjoys volunteering in her community and giving back, with the goal of making the world a little better by simply having lived, through church youth ministry, being a board member for multiple companies, serving as President of a private charitable organization, and establishing a Little Free Library for her community. To make a positive impact on a global scale, Dr. Merritt also volunteers with International Medical Relief as a missionary dentist in developing countries, where there is little or no access to dental care. She speaks American Sign Language (ASL) and loves interacting with the Deaf community. Her hobbies include spending time with her family, performing in musical theatre, singing in choir, long-distance running, scuba diving, snow skiing, and reading.
Meet
Suzanne Hubbard, RDH
Suzanne and her husband Greg, started Hubbard Family Dental in 2015 as a way to give back to her community. She has always dreamed of being in private practice to be able to provide the kind of care that reached out to the underserved, the underinsured and those on a fixed income. She and her husband love what they do here at HFD and they both serve in Guatemala taking care of dental needs. As a way to give back, they donate many of the proceeds at HFD to local shelters, food pantries, women's care and a variety of ministries. She feels blessed to work with her wonderful employees and take care of her incredible patients. She and her husband have two grown children, and two grandchildren.
Suzanne is providing myofunctional therapy as an adjunct to Lip and tongue tie release.

Audrey Torres, RDH
Audrey has been with us for several years and we can't say enough good things about her. She brings many years of experience to the table. You can always know her by her pretty purple hair, but also the one you hear laughing at the end of the hall. Perpetually happy and joyful, she always sees the siver lining and we are grateful for her positive attitude. She brings a lot with her as she serves; experience, knowledge, and expertise. She has two grown teenagers and loves her three dogs.
Meet Caitlin Skiff, RDH
We are so excited to introduce our newest member to our team, Caitlin. She is a dental hygienist and is great with the patients. Her strengths lie in how she educates the patient toward health and well-being. She loves our kiddos and our parents often request her because she is so good with them. She brings a lot of wealth of information to our team and we are blessed to have her here with us!

Cat Harper, RDH
Cat is an amazing Hygienist and her skill set is vast. She is a sports woman and a go getter. She and her husband love to hike. She has been a Dental Hygienist for 8 years. Her calm voice can always ease our patients dental anxiety. We are very lucky to have her!

Sarah is an amazing Dental Hygienist and has over 25 years of experience in the business. She has brought us new and different ways of seeing and treating disease. She is also Super Mom of 2 beautiful daughters all while running her own business of raising puppies!
